- MA Business center is located at cross junction of Gandhinagar and Himmatnagar highway at Vijapur city in Gujarat. It is in two blocks with parking in the center. The ground and first floor comprises of retail shops and second floor has hotel with banquet hall facility. Provision is also kept for stretcher lift in case the second floor is occupied by Hospital.
- The building elevation is designed with white bands and planes which guides the vision of the viewer through the whole building as it flows from one end at first floor to the top end of the terrace. Part of the ground floor is covered with pergola at terrace level to provide for outdoor seating and activities for the people. It also provides the cooling effect required in the hot dry climate of the city.
- The overlap of volumes at second floor provides a distinct aesthetic appearance to the exterior. The vertical louvers at upper floor reduces direct solar heat gain.
