The commercial complex in the heart of Patan near University is Hub of activities on cross road. The three buildings are combined to form shopping arcade with semi covered open spaces in the centre. The vast canopy over the entrance provides space for public activities increasing the footfall. Louvers are provided as shading devices with white band integrating the building as a whole.
